As soon as the Pantone 2025 color of the year got announced I was inspired to create a brown people will wear. Brown is one of those shades you either love or you hate. It was important to me to make one that felt soft and sophisticated.
Fun Fact - For 2025, the Pantone Color Institute selects PANTONE 17-1230 Mocha Mousse, a warming, brown hue imbued with richness. It nurtures us with its suggestion of the delectable qualities of chocolate and coffee, answering our desire for comfort.
Mocha Mousse is a warm/neutral brown crelly.
This polish is sheer but buildable and looks best in 1-3 coats. Apply a base layer of Neutralizer underneath to help blur your visible nail line.

I’m so glad I was able to get this color! The formula is amazing and I love the color, it’s such a nice neutral. Highly recommend
Lovvvvvvvvvve it! It goes sooooo well with my skintone. This time I used a FG topper that has some green/aqua shimmer with it. This is just a staple. I will need more!
I missed out on this one the first time, because I thought it wouldn't be for me. I was wrong. Always trust Cracked browns! It's the perfect soft, light brown. Great squishy finish and applies super well.
This is a lovely squishy crelly. I’m a sucker for neutral polishes, and this one hits the spot.
Gorgeous neutral on apparently everyone! This is such an easy chic mani! Nailed it with this one!
Beautiful color but tricky for me to work with. It was patchy on some of my nails and that is most likely an application issue on my part too. I recommend trying the hack to apply a matte top coat under it to help with patchiness.
Maybe I'm boring for loving a neutral, but idc. This polish is perfect. I don't even mind the visible nail line with this because it doesn't make it any less flattering. Beautiful to build up, and truly encompasses it's namesake. Because of this polish, I ordered 5 more jellies I can't wait to try.
This is my first neutral color, and it is one of my favorite colors in my collection! This color makes me feel so classy and elegant. Great palate cleanse, and truly goes good with everything. The formula can be a little tricky to work with. Worn in 4 coats
I'm normally a bit of a maximalist with polish but something about this one is just delightful. the formula is a dream to work with! I also like to add a gold sparkle topper to it sometimes
I typically don't like neutral jellies because of how pale it'll look on the first coat. But, this one was the perfect color on the first coat, then it's a tad darker and opaque on the second coat. I may use this one as a base for super sheer polishes.
Had to buy this after trying my sister’s. Such a beautiful color. Slightly pink taupe undertone
definitely more crelly leaning than jelly but still nice and juicy! super smooth coverage and perfect match for the inspo color
The polish that started it all for me! This polish was my first purchase from Cracked and it did not disappoint. I love this shade of brown. The jelly formula is amazing and makes for a great palette cleanser shade. Sad to see this one go as it's one of my favs and sentimental to me.
Gorgeous glossy mocha brown, pretty opaque in two coats. Shown on my middle finger before top coat and the finish is already stunning. It's a beautiful medium neutral, also makes a nice base for toppers, magnetics, etc if you don't want to go dark.
Pretty comfort color. It's described as a neutral brown crelly but its more mauve brown against my warm skintone which I didn't expect. It's also really sheer, almost like jelly. I got it hoping to do some teddy bear nail art with it and because its so sheer, it would be more difficult to do that without re-applying multiple layers. I had to apply sometimes 4 coats to get a nice solid even color. But it's still really pretty and I don't have a shade like this in my collection!
Builds nicely but also layers too. Mocha Mousse is alone on my pinky in my photo, and then layered between Chinotto on my other fingers in various amounts to create an ombre mani, with full Chinotto alone on my thumb. Love these two colors together in particular! Mocha/chocolatey goodness.
