Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to fulfill?

We aim to fulfill all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note fulfilling orders can vary depending on volume of orders, time of year, holidays and sales.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated automatically by USPS. Every order will ship USPS Ground Advantage. The final price for shipping can vary based on the size of the order and distance from us.

How long does shipping take?

USPS Ground Advantage shipments are generally delivered in 2-5 business days.

Do we ship internationally?

We are currently able to ship to the US and Canada. In the future we hope to deliver to other countries.

My package says it delivered but it's not here?

This can happen sometimes with the USPS. The first step to take is to contact your local USPS location directly, provide the tracking number for your package (included with your shipping confirmation email) and see if they can find it in their warehouse. If you are not able to make progress with the USPS please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page with your order information and we will help to resolve the delivery issue.

How do I check the status of my order?

You should receive updates on the status of your order via email at every step. If you have an account with us, you can also log in here to see the status of your order. If you aren't receiving the emails or don't have an account with us, use the contact form below, include your order number and the correct email address, and we will let you know the status of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

What's our return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, but due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges even if a product has not been opened. We do, however, stand by the quality of our polishes and the accuracy of our orders. If there is something wrong with the polish, it was damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us. Our full refund policy can be read here.

What if my product was damaged?

If your product was damaged in transit, please contact us by using the contact form found at the bottom of this page. Include your order number and the name of the item that was damaged.

My order is missing a product!

If we made a mistake and one of the items is missing, let us know using the form at the bottom of this page. Include your order number and the name of the missing item.

Can I change my existing order?

We are not able to modify existing orders but if the order hasn't shipped we can cancel and refund the order and a new order can be placed. Please contact us ASAP if something needs to be adjusted. Use the form at the bottom of this page including your order confirmation number.

Payment and Billing

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. You are also able to pay using Shop Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order. Contact us using the form at the bottom of this page or by responding to your order confirmation email. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel your order.

Do you have gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards but that's being worked on!

Do you offer discounts?

We have promotions and discounts throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about upcoming deals and sales.

Do we charge sales tax?

Currently, only residents of Washington State will have sales tax collected. This may change in the future.

Product Information

Why are all of my caps different?

The cracked patterns on our caps are custom painted. Due to the painting process each cap will vary. This is our favorite thing about the bottle design.

When will polish be restocked?

We do not currently have a set schedule for restocking polish. Please follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for restocking alerts. Follow us on Instagram for updates.

Why has a shade been discontinued?

There are multiple reasons a shade may be discontinued:

  • We may be unable to obtain the ingredients needed to make a shade.
  • The supplier may change an ingredient.
  • Dramatic price increases on materials.
  • Needing to make room for new and exciting things.

Are we vegan or cruelty free?

All of our polishes and their ingredients are both vegan and cruelty free.

What's up with the names?

Honestly, It's just fun. We don't think polish needs to be too serious. Cracked polishes are named after whatever speaks to us when the color is made. We brainstorm ideas and the name becomes a perfect fit to the color. Each one is special. We tend to share more behind the scenes and details on our socials. Do you have ingredient lists?

Each polish will have the full list of ingredients posted to that individual polish's page. If you can't find the ingredient list or need the ingredients for a polish no longer on the website, contact us via email at support@crackedpolish.com or by using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
