Can I use more than one reward on the same order?

We are not currently able to apply multiple discount codes or order redemptions to a single order. You're welcome to place multiple orders and we will combine and refund excess shipping charges, or save the points to redeem with your next order.

Can I redeem points for money off?

Absolutely. Every 1000 points gets you $10 off.

I redeemed my points and decided not to use them. How do I get my points back?

Unfortunately, the system we are using for the rewards program does not allow you to cancel a redemption yourself. When you redeem points for a reward, the reward (and associated discount code or gift card) is assigned to your account and never expires. If you've changed your mind and no longer want the redemption, contact us at support@crackedpolish.com and we can cancel the redemption and refund your points.

Do I still have to pay shipping if I use a reward?

You’ll still need to pay for shipping unless your cart hits our free shipping threshold: $75 in the U.S. or $100 in Canada.

Can I return something I redeemed points for?

Do rewards ever change?

They sure do! We rotate rewards on the first of the month every three months in February, May, August and November. 

Where do I see my point balance?

You can view your point balance by logging in and viewing your account management page. Don’t have an account yet? Make one and we’ll give you 50 points just for joining.

Do points expire?

Nope. Your points are yours forever. They’ll be waiting whenever you’re ready to cash in.

How do I earn points?

Glad you asked. You can earn points by:

• Creating an account (get 50 points)
• Shopping with us (5–10 points per $1 spent)
• Following us on socials
• Leaving product reviews (up to 3 per day, on items you’ve bought through your account)
• Celebrating your birthday with us
• And more! We’re always adding new ways to rack up rewards.

I already follow you, why do I need to follow again?

You don’t! Just click the “follow” button in the rewards panel to claim your points, no re-follow necessary.
