Versatile black/gray jelly with a smooth application, self levels like a dream and is very forgiving and glossy! Even before the top coat you feel as though you have hard candy on your hands. Cracked made me a believer in jellies.
I should have ordered a backup bottle! I've only had dark like my heart for a few weeks and already included it in several manis- it pairs perfectly with scorchy and is lovely as a jelly sandwich with petals on the surface. Truly lasts until I get the urge to switch it up (almost at a week now with minimal chipping, and I'm not nice to my nails). Highly recommend!
I used it to make a fishnets inspired set of press ons (it's the base coat in the pictures, topped with a black stamping polish from another brand).
Beautiful gray, was expecting a little more pigment but still cute. Very Similar to Carbon copy (ring finger). Dark Like My Heart on pinky finger, 3 coats.
Cracked jellies forever and ever!! This one is so cool and kind of sexy? It feels like slutty sheer stockings on my nails lol. Sooo much layering potential as well because it’s so sheer and buildable and self levels amazingly. I loved it layered with scorchy for Halloween.
This jelly formula is now one of my favorites! The finish on Dark as My Heart is like a polished stone. I also love the versatility of this shade for jelly sandwiches and nail art, its so subtle and buildable, I can cast it like shadows on any design. I wore it on its own for two weeks with minimal cracks and tip wear - did not have to repaint even one of my nails! The longevity specifically puts Cracked a notch above some other brands I've gotten jellies from. The only thing I wish had known before applying is I found this polish takes a little longer than average to fully dry.
I love this smoky dark jelly! I paired it with mascara flakes and it turned out beautifully. I did rush my application cause it was late and I was sleepy—as a result I got some bubbles. But it’s user error!
I’m looking forward to experimenting with it as a base and on top of other polishes.
The formula is a little streakier than I would prefer. It does level out, but I needed to be a little more careful than normal with my application and it needed 3 coats.
This is my first polish by Cracked Polish and not has this brand snagged my heart with this polish! The formula is amazing! It is super sheer because it is a Jelly and I personally prefer to Build it up in 4 Coats to get the most opacity! Also this brand ships SUPER fast! I got same day shipping for my order!

Love the formula and how handy it is to add a layer to other polishes for fun sandwich effects. Cracked jellies might be my favorite.
My favorite jelly from any brand! At 2 coats, it is a see through black that is so juicy and almost smoke like. At 3 coats, it is such a soft black that is very goth and inky while being very translucent jelly!
This polish is very sheer but doesn’t dry streaky even with only one coat. I have used it alone, as a topper to darker other polishes, and with mascara flakes on top.

The warm and cold colors don't really give much transition unless you're in the absolute brightest light. I was really looking forward to this but it's probably my least favorite thermal. Like all of Cracked's polishes though, it applies smoothly and evenly.

I love sandwiching toppers with this, or even for deepening up too bright jellies. Also, surprisingly easy to get even for a dark jelly!

Dark just like my shriveled cold heart, but oh so life giving. Sheer in one coat wears like 10 denier stockings, built up to three it becomes a squishy dream and gleams like a smooth shiny pebble. 10/10 do not wear around penguins
a little tricky to work with jellies this dark, but this is a good option if you're trying for nail art with black polish.
This is a really nice charcoal grey jelly. It's So unique, not quite black but still really dark. Overall super impressed
