Ethereal Misty Blue

I got Cloud 10 along with a handful of other pearlescent colors as an introduction to the brand. The polishes are amazing, but THIS specifically is probably my favorite (I love blue, the more muted and moody the better). This is the most perfect Misty blue, and the pearl formula is so ethereal.
