I'm a huge blue (or pink) girl and I wanted to love this. Not sure if it just wasn't flattering on my pale olive skin tone, or what. It looks far less vibrant than all of the swatches imo, which is weird because Cracked is usually accurate. I dont hate it, but its already in my destash pile
A pearly light blue grey shimmer. Applies smoothly. Its is very pretty and slightly moody; it’s like a an overcast spring day.
Cracked has such a nice pearl formula that applies really easily. This color was so pretty and went with basically everything.
I love this polish. It’s a great calming pallet cleanser. Just the right balance of blue and gray and I adore the soft satin pearl like finish.
I have pretty ridged nails so I dont typically enjoy pearly shimmers but I'm a sucker for a blue leaning gray so I snagged this one. I was immediately transported back to circa 2003 with this one and almost cried its so pretty. Will I wear it again soon? Probably not, but will I wear it every time I wanna feel something? Absolutely.
Loved this polish, both by itself and as the base for some nail stamping. This is the perfect soft blue for winter. The formula was so easy to work with. It was fully opaque in 2 coats for me.
Absolutely beautiful with very smooth and easy application! Opaque in two coats with a stunning pearly finish!
I bought this after seeing it on Vintage Dusties TikTok and I’m obsessed with gorgeous blue of this polish! The finish is also so pretty. It reminds me a little of light wash blue jeans in the best way. The formula applies so easily and I love that it’s opaque at two coats.
Beautiful pearly formula. I'm OBSESSED with this finish from Cracked. It's a very soft grey blue, more blue than grey and it's so classy. I recommend three coats with this one.
I adore this metallic pale blue. It's a very nostalgic color that reminds me of some of the tech I had in the early 2000s.
Just an amazing polish, great color and formula. And looks soo cool, I love a powdery blue. This shade gives me baby doll vibes but with a leather jacket cool. Timeless!
Another winner from Cracked, and, once again, I think it’s fairly unique in my collection. PB & Blue Jay is a light to medium blue-ish gray with a blue and silver shimmer. It has just enough color to keep it from looking washed out The formula is fantastic.
This polish is beautiful. It made for a great pallet cleanser after wearing a lot of bright neons. The color is soft and pearl like. I love this soft pale stormy blue
I wasn’t sure about this one but couldn’t resist the heroes bundle, so I gave it a shot. So glad that I did because it is gorgeous.
I’ve never been disappointed by a cracked pearly shade. They’re just so gorgeous smooth and glowy. This one is no exception and it’s an amazing deal if you get it in the heroes bundle.
PB and Blue Jay came to me through Cracked's Heroes bundle (a great deal, by the way). It's a much softer blue than I would normally be drawn to, but that just goes to show you why you should just trust the curated bundles sometimes. I decided to try this polish for Easter week, since I basically have no other pastels in my collection. Iturns out to be a shade that perfectly complements my skin tone, and it just glowed under the overcast skies that we had that week. It was so pretty I even got distracted by my nails as I was walking my dog, lol.
I love the name of the polish. The blue color was lovely and dried quickly.
This polish glows from within, that pearl finish melts into the nail - no brush strokes! Stunning in1 or 2 coats! Levels fabulously! Seen here paired with Space Glaze. A great combo!
This is included in the Heroes bundle which I purchased during the one year anniversary sale. PB and Blue Jay's color took my breath away! Perfect sky blue and extremely flattering. It's not easy finding this specific shade (but I collect them and was able to compare). Monique knocked it out of the park!
As for the application, I noticed the brush's bristles were shorter and not as pliable as I'm used to (I've been painting my own nails for about twenty years). I'm not sure if this is what caused difficulty for me - I found I had to work quickly to avoid overworking the polish and it was not easy figuring out how much lacquer was loading on the brush even when floating. It is a learning curve for sure. I passed this bottle along to another friend of mine who did not mind the application issues, so I did not get to test out a new brush with this formula. I did test out a replacement paddle brush on Donut Spunk and it completely helped, so if you have replacement brushes that fit, this may be the key to making this beautiful color perform perfectly!
I had been dying to try this shade for a while and finally got my hands on it and immediately put it on. I loved the name of the polish because I lived in Toronto when I was really young and one of my favorite memories was going to Blue Jay games (baseball) and it reminded me of their light blue jerseys so it felt really nostalgic 🫶🏼
I really loved how soft this color felt, yet so glowy
