Chinotto

Wearing this on my pinky with a skittle of Yam what I Yam, Delicacy in Sardinia, Laying Bricks with Scorchy on top. Thumb is a mix of brands. Really like Chinotto.

I was really on the fence about getting this as I was worried it would be too brown leaning. Although it can look brown, it’s more like a burgundy brown, just a rich stunning color. Looks so good in a skittle with Sardinia, I yam what I yam, spruce it up and don’t teal my thunder.

This is a beautiful color and jelly formula very easy to work with. I did 3 coats to get even coverage.

At first I didn’t like this one, the formula is tricky to get even at times like a usual jelly. However it’s now one of my favorites, I love the subtle plum cast to the shade!

Chinotto mani here we come! So this is two coats. I was fully prepared to need more coats considering this is a dark jelly but omg I am now absolutely obsessed with cracked jelly and I can’t wait to get more!

I love wearing Chinotto by itself and also as a topper whenever I want to tone down a red. Picture shows the result when layered over Delicacy in Sardinia!

Sheer but buildable. I like the flexibility. First try it seemed streaky but second try for a swatch stick and as a sandwich it was easier to use.

I love this color! It's a gorgeous esspresso-y brown. I do find that with darker colors I think the formula would be better in a crelly format, since I'm doing 3 coats anyway to get to that level of color. In the jelly formula I find that it ends up chipping more easily.

This is one of the more crelly leaning formulas. This is a mahogany red-brown that is an absolute staple. Shown in my swatch in 2 coats with only the tiniest hint of a VNL. I also own cordially invited and chokeberry and this is the perfect halfway between shade.

Love this jelly, it's such a beautiful shade of reddish brown and formula was amazing. Perfect for fall!

On my shorter nails, Chinotto is opaque in two coats. It's a beautiful, rich brown shade. The jelly formula from Cracked is just soooo good!

This jelly applies really nicely! 3 coats gives a nice chocolate-syrupy slightly translucent finish. So pretty!

I found it difficult to paint the first layer without a lot of streaking. Two coats were pretty good, but a third coat gave it depth. In thin layers it’s almost a purpley maroon. Lasts longer without chipping for me than jellies/crellies from other brands I’ve tried.

Gorgeous rich warm brown. Pretty pigmented for a jelly, I got it opaque enough and even in two coats but the jelly formula adds a bit of depth and dimension to it.

Lovely red-brown jelly great on its own and perfect for jelly sandwiches. I can't decide if I like it better with glossy top coat or matte top coat. I found that this polish had slightly less longevity than the other Cracked polishes I've tried.

Who knew?? This brown jelly is so deep and vampy!

I adore this shade so much. It's Incredibly versatile because you can build it up or wear it lighter. I used this to do my tortoise shell nails 😍

This was my first jelly to ever try, and I really liked how easy it was to work with. I used 3 coats to fully build but you can do 2 coats if you don't mind seeing your nail line. Loved wearing this glossy, but it truly stunned me to see it in matte!

This was my Halloween manicure, because Halloween for me is all about the chocolate!! The perfect brown, truly. Warm but on the red side of warm—never rust or orange-y (I love rusty tones, too, but this brown is so unique). Juicy and perfect! And going on seven days now with no chips.

This is an elegant brown perfect for fall weather. I used 3 coats and a scattered holo topper.
