Lovely cool blue jelly. Formula applied evenly and built up nicely.
The application was a bit uneven, but the color is exactly as pictured and sheer.
This is a cool toned jelly, not too dark not too light. Three coats is perfect~!

This is a little more pigmented/milky than I would have liked. You can see my attempt at a sandwich with Sparkle Forward on the middle two fingers. It is a beautiful blue though, and enjoyable to wear. I did three coats to even things out, apply with care.

Fantastic mid-grey blue jelly. It’s an amazing base for toppers and is so juicy. I loved the effect when topped with Petals on the Surface.

A very subtle wash of color on one coat that builds nicely with each additional coat. I really like the tone of this blue.
To sheer. You need 3 coats.
I used this with a flakie topper in between layers and a shimmer topper. Such a cool look.
