Could get by as a neutral, but with a little oomph. Like cement on my nails (in a good way - it lasted 5 days till the first small chip when most brands chip in 2-3 days on me). Wish the pink shimmer was just slightly warmer, but still love it. This is such a pretty light neutral color, it also looks great over some solids as a topper too!
This shiny and shimmery neutral pink is perfection. I picked it up as a gift for my mom and she wears it all the time. I might need to pick up a new bottle soon! :)
