I don’t understand how Monique got this color be perfectly vampy while still being bright. I feel like I could wear this in the spring or to a Halloween Party and either way look perfectly in place. I also have never gotten staining with this shade even when I forget to wear base coat 😶

This shade is STUNNING! I can’t deny I had my doubts about it when I bought it, but after I painted my nails I was left speechless. It instantly became a favorite! I want to wear this shade all the time. Don’t know how it was done to capture the true color of a velvet seat but it was done marvelously. Formula is amazing as well.
