A deep shifty red that looks good on my skin tone has eluded me until now. Situationship is perfect!
This makes me feel like a femme fatale! It had great coverage and was really shifty
what it says on the tin bascially. this was the red that convinced me on reds. it looks kind of weird until you build it up to three coats and then the shift is incredible
This polish is beautiful but the shimmer is very, very understated and reads as a very dark maroon in most lighting. At angles you can catch a red halo but I don't think this is a multichrome. It's not what I expected it to be.
Picture #10 in the swatches is most accurate to what it looks like in bright indirect natural lighting.
I have pictured 2 coats on index + middle and 3 coats on ring + pinky. My bottle arrived kind of goopy and was very, very thirsty for thinner. I did 3 coats on two fingers because the application experience was really patchy.
Super moody burgundy almost black but then some cool bright red shifts at certain angles and in certain lights. Great fall color.
My second time using cracked polish - and a total winner. I’m not a fan of glitter generally, but love how this is subtly glittery as in - it’s not in your face, sometimes it’s just dark and moody, but in the right light it really brightens up. Again, pretty sheer on first coat but trust that it becomes opaque easily and constantly with 2 coats
This polish is a pretty ox blood color. However, I don’t see any color shift that a duo chrome should have. The first coat went on a bit streaky but the second and third coats evened out the finish & darkened up the color. This polish is a beautiful cream but definitely not a duo chrome (see photos)
This polish has so much depth and such gorgeous ranges to it. I was so impressed by this color, the formula was so easy to work with and it was stunning in all lighting.
I have been looking for a good vampy red and Situationship drew me to Cracked. It's gorgeous and shifty-smooth. Classy and sexy, it has just the right balance of dark and bright.
This is definitely a trust the process formula - it goes on smooth but layer one looks sparse! By layer two I had full coverage, but I did go for a third because that's just my standard.
Lighting does *so much* to this polish, so I took pics indoors, outdoors, and in shade. Please disregard the flaws - this was already day three and my top coat is not good so there are bubbles and scratches that are not at all the fault of Situationship!
I am utterly fascinated with Cracked Polish's effortless and smooth formulas. This color is absolutely gorgeous!
I have yet to open a Cracked Polish bottle and be disappointed.
Beautiful dark red.
Gorgeous rich color! Such a good formula too!
Perfect for a moody red, I like this colour more in dim lighting since it really brings out the black to red shift
I love this polish and get a lot of use from it, but it does look darker on me than it does in the swatch photos. I find that it often leans almost black, and only shows maroon in much brighter lighting. It might be user error with me applying too-thick coats, so I will play around with thinner application and perhaps a brighter base coat.
No, but really! So obsessed with this polish! It feels so juicy, but dark & moody, with a touch of red micro sparkle that is swimming in a pond of maroon-dark orchid purple-reds! Pictures do NOT capture just how magical this color really is.
Must have! This dark red is so beautiful and easy to apply. Perfect for fall, winter time.
I’m a sucker for a dark multichrome, and this one is especially mesmerizing!
Deep, rich color. Expensive looking.
Pretty, but not very shifty in person
This is a sexy nail polish. The vampiest red-black I’ve ever seen.
