Mascara Flakes is a black micro flakes topper, that has the perfect amount of evenly distribute flakes that don't completely cover your polish underneath. Switch up your manicure in a flash with our best selling topper.
Fun Fact - Inspired by chunky mascara trend. We would layer and layer for hours and usually end up with little chunky of black on our cheeks.
Pro Tip - Wear on top of any shade for a fun speckled look.

This topper is my absolute favorite. I like the glitters and flakies, but this makes any polish really interesting. It doesn’t distract from the color or formula, at all.
Such a fun topper for my collection and the name is perfection. This looks exactly like the mascara flakes when I wash my face. I love that the particles are not uniform. I’ve worn it over neons and as a jelly sandwich. Great way to freshen up a mani.
The size variation of the flakes range from micro to medium size. The density of the flakes is enough that you see them, as well as the base polish underneath. It applies smoothly without dragging the base polish underneath. Shown in the photos over Broken Glow Stick and Beads and Throws.
This is the perfect flake size if you want a topper that's noticeable but not overwhelming. The flakies are a great size, more speckled than chunky, which I love.
I keep reaching for this topper! The flecks are so smooth and build nicely if you want them to.
i compared different brands’ black flaky toppers and this one was my favorite! and i do not regret it! i wore it over taro milk tea (i feel like the color grading of my phone isn’t perfect btw 😭) and it went perfect with my dress :)
Densely packed and goes on smoothly. I like the small to medium flake size; it looks great combined with a matte top coat for a speckled, eggshell like look, or under a standard glossy topcoat to add a little bit more depth and visual interest to cremes, jellies, and crellies. Attached images are combined with Breakfast At Monique's.
I love this. It applies smooth and small so if you want more you can add it. It’s not overwhelming, the flakes are very even, and they aren’t particularly “glitter” looking.
Mascara Flakes is a must in any Cracked polish collection - it adds a dash of personality/fun to virtually any creme or jelly.
This is a fab topper! It was the icing on the cake for my watermelon mani I did over the summer!
I wore this multiple times throughout fall aka spooky season. Can be thrown on top of a manicure to refresh it. Hides imperfections in applications. Interesting to look at while allowing base color to still shine.
Usually about 2 coats to get the desired density of flakes. I wish this came in a version that is more packed with bigger flakes.
Love this topper. I sandwiched in between a red jelly and it’s gives such visual interest. Can’t wait to try other toppers by cracked!
I put this on as soon as I got it. I love this effect and was super pleased with the distribution of flakes. Cracked never misses 🤷♀️
decent distribution of micro flakes when applied, I wish there were a few more slightly bigger flakes but overall gives a nice speckle effect
i love the particle size and shape! i found the topper a little sparse but it was easy to apply a slightly thicker coat
Perfect topper. Very cute over pastels for an eastery egg look. I really enjoy it over dark like my heart. Love it at 1 and 2 coats.
I've used this topper a few times, but my fave was for this speckled egg-inspired mani! I usually use 1-2 coats.
This topper has exactly the right amount of flakes that I wanted in my black speckled topper! Even the size of the flakes is perfect! The flakes spread very easily and I did not have to fish for anything in the bottle nor did I keep my bottle upside down! So in love!
