There’s flakes and it’s clear. It applies nicely. Add less or more based on preference. Flake size varies which I like.
I like my flakey toppers to not be too dense, so I can layer them and pick how packed I want it and this one is perfection! I also am amazed that it looks good over white - no yucky yellow tones that toppers like this sometimes have. Shown is 2 coats Fairy Tinkle over Broken Glow Stick.

Such a cute polish! Love the slightly matte translucent rainbow flakes. They work great as a topper or in a jelly sandwich!
A gorgeous flakie topper. Creates depth and sparkle on any color, and is also very fun sandwiched in jellies. This is my daughter’s favorite, prized bottle of “sparkles” and she always asks for this when I paint her nails. Removes easily too, which is a big bonus.

This topper looks good on any color. It just adds that lil bit of twinkle to any mani. It’s not gritty either.
Fairy Tinkle is absolutely gorgeous! It looks like shredded pastel rainbows on the nail. It looks good over top many different colors and catches sunlight beautifully. Is not overly flashy so if you want to add fun and sparkle without being too bold this is definitely the way to do that. It lays down easily, doesn't clump and dries evenly.

Absolutely lovely iridescent topper. Flakies mostly show as blue and pink. Would be great for a bi pride or trans pride mani!
Absolutely love the colors in this flakey topper and how versatile it can be. I used it in a jelly sandwich and was mesmerized by how much depth it added. Super easy to apply and such a fun inspiration!
Could not resist this one because of the name, but I also love the size and colors of the glitter flakes. I suppose most would use it as a topper, but I really love it on its own
Fairy Tinkle is so pretty! I had a cheap, streaky, no-name cream in a fun orange-yellow color that I struggled to apply to my toes. It was frustrating how poorly it applied! I decided to save the pedi with a heavy coat of Fairy Tinkle on top and my pedi looks spectacular! Can't see the streaks and can only see the flakie reflection and the color underneath as the back drop. Love this topper!

This one really adds sparkle and whimsy to existing manis. I will often top a few day old mani with this to give it new life. It dries quickly.
I’m wearing Fairy Tinkle over a single unmagnetized coat of Thin Ice and it’s gorgeous! Pearly, shimmery, sparkly, yet somehow neutral as well. Sooooo pretty!
Update: gorgeous over darker polishes - really makes the flakies pop!
