From the moment I started Cracked Polish, I knew I wanted to offer a rewards program. What I did not realize was just how much went into creating one. I had to research different apps, compare costs, plan how everything would work, and decide just how generous I wanted the program to be.
This was also one of the few times I focused heavily on what customers did not like about other rewards programs. As a small business owner, you usually research what people love and try to stay within that realm. This time, I wanted to understand the frustrations too, so we could build something that felt simple, rewarding, and worth joining.
Besides being an amazing perk for our Cronies, our rewards program is also something I forget to talk about enough. I see comments all the time from people saying they had no idea we even had one!
It is completely free to join, and I truly believe it is one of the best rewards programs in the nail polish community. Let’s dive into everything you need to know.
How to Join?
Joining the Cronies Crew is super easy!
Visit our website and click Discover the Loyalty Program, then select Join Now. From there, you will be prompted to create your free account.
All we need is your email address, and you will even receive a coupon code just for signing up!
Everyone can join. You, your mom, your uncle, your best friend, and even your dog. Okay, maybe not your dog, but you get the idea!

How to Redeem Your Rewards
When you reach checkout, you will see The Cronies Crew section along with your current points balance.
Once you have 1,000 points, you can redeem them for $10 off your order.
You will also see any polishes currently available as rewards. When you redeem a polish, a code will be emailed to you that reduces the price of that polish to $0. Your reward code does not expire.
To redeem a polish reward:
- Add the reward polish to your cart.
- Select the reward you would like to redeem.
- Check your email for your reward code.
- Enter the code during checkout.

Affiliate Spotlight
Cracked Polish also offers nail care which are products in my daily rotation. Cuticle oil, base coats and top coats! But my personal favorite item is called Ridge Filler. What if I told y’all I’ve gone through five bottles?! I love it that much!! It’s the absolute perfect base before applying your polish. I actually have ridges on a few nails so it’s nice to not start off a mani without texture! It’s also great for a thick chunky glitter to stick to because we all know the hassle of trying to remove glitter off of a bare nail. As well as a beautiful base to wear on its own.
